Advertiser Referral Terms and Conditions
The following constitute Terms and Conditions for Player Matchups, LLC (PMLLC) Advertiser Referral Program (ARP):
  1. PMLLC will pay a commission equal to 10% of the advertising rate for any person who refers a paying advertiser to PMLLC at its customary rates.
  2. The ARP is OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AGED 18 YEARS OR OLDER, and VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, TAXED, or RESTRICTED.
  3. Employees of any Advertiser, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, and advertising, promotion and Internet agencies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible for this program.
  4. Participants will be compensated only after receipt of non-refundable payment to PMLLC. There is no referral fee paid for cancelled advertisements. Within 30 business days of receipt of payment from advertiser, a check will be sent to referrer.
  5. PMLLC reserves the right to discontinue ARP for any reason; however, it will continue to honor / grandfather in current agreements for bonus payout up to one (1) year or when the advertiser discontinues advertising with PMLLC, whichever comes first. PMLLC also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and referrer will be contacted in a reasonable fashion within a reasonable time frame in order to agree to the new terms.
  6. Referrer agrees to waive any right to any form of class action proceeding and causes of action shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any legal proceedings arising out of ARP shall be instituted only in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Nebraska and referrer consents to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these rules or the Program.
  7. Referrers are independent contractors and not employees of PMLLC. They will receive a 1099 for miscellaneous income at the end of the year. They are responsible for any and all tax liability.
  8. PMLLC reserves the right to reject any requested advertising before or after it is published on our site. PMLLC will not advertise content related to pornography, massage, escort services, astrology, (900) numbers, tobacco, NC-17 or X-rated movies.
  9. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any Program information provided elsewhere (including but not limited in advertising or marketing materials), these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
