PLAYER MATCHUPS, L.L.C. ("PLAYER MATCHUPS") owns, operates, manages and maintains poolplayermatchups.com ("ppmu/this/the/our site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information ("Personal Information" or "PII") we receive from users of this site.

PLAYER MATCHUPS use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the ppmu site. By using the ppmu site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

"ppmu team" – Members of PLAYER MATCHUPS, L.L.C.

"Player-member" or "ppmu member" – A player who has claimed their player profile and who have a username, email address and password associated with their player profile/account, thus, giving them the ability to sign into the ppmu site.

While using the ppmu site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personal Information may include, but is not limited to your name, address, phone number and email address. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone for any reason at any time. Some of this information, including name, address, zip code, phone number, city/state/country of residence and email address, will be accessible to and viewable by ppmu admin members of the different entity types (e.g. Associations, Charters and Pool Places).

We use credit/debit card / payment processing companies to bill users for points and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order. All credit/debit card info is through a third party vendor that exercises PCI compliance standards. We will never ask for credit/debit card information by telephone, email or text.

Credit and Debit card information is only accessible to and viewable by the ppmu player-member who the credit or debit card belongs to. Player-members who have added a credit or debit card to their ppmu Wallet (on the profile page) will have access to the ability to delete/remove their credit or debit card from their profile/account. Player-members who have added a credit or debit card to their ppmu Wallet also have the ability to purchase points and pay for league and tournament entry fees from various pages.

The ppmu team would like to strongly emphasize the importance of maintaining a strong security policy and practices with regards to what access is allowed to any device ppmu members sign into the ppmu site on or with. The ppmu team would also strongly recommend ppmu members sign out of the ppmu site on devices when those devices are not under control of the ppmu member. ppmu members' credit or debit card and/or the use of their credit or debit card on the ppmu site are the full responsibility of the ppmu member.

ppmu members may delete their profile at any time. The ppmu team recommends members select a password for their ppmu player profile/account to be at least 6 characters and contain a combination of upper and lower case characters, numbers and/or special characters. The ppmu team strongly recommends members to not share their passwords with anyone. Violations of the ppmu privacy policy is grounds for suspending or terminating an account.

Like many site operators, PLAYER MATCHUPS collects information that your browser sends whenever you visit the ppmu site ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our site that you visit, the time and date of your visit and the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer's hard drive. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the ppmu site.

We use cookies to keep your session alive [on the ppmu site] and to keep you signed into the ppmu site. We change the configuration and settings of the cookies we use when a member signs into the ppmu site depending on whether the member checks the "Keep me signed in" checkbox (just to the left of the "Username or Email" sign-in field on all ppmu site pages except the bracket pages). We do not use cookies to collect information from our users (anonymous or members).

Security regarding our users' information is a top priority of ours. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the ppmu site, your information is protected both online and offline. But remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable and recommended means to protect your PII, we, like any/all other website providers, cannot guarantee its absolute security.

PLAYER MATCHUPS may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the ppmu site. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use PLAYER MATCHUPS' Website(s) and service(s). PLAYER MATCHUPS does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. (See the [U.S.] Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

In order to become a member of the ppmu site, a user must create a ppmu profile/account by providing certain information (such as name, gender and email address). This information is unique to each ppmu profile/account.

PLAYER MATCHUPS shares and displays aggregated [anonymous] demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. An example of this is the Advertise page where we display the number of pageviews for the previous month at the global, state and city levels, the "Ad Rate" and the "30-day Advertising Cost" so anyone can go to this page and see how much it costs to advertise on the ppmu site at any time.

The ppmu site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
