ANY PLAYER THAT HAS BEEN RAISED UP A DIVISION IN SINGLES HAS TO PLAY 2 YEARS IN THE DIVISION THEY HAVE BEEN RAISED UP TO AND NOT CASH IN THE HIGHER DIVISION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED TO BE LOWERED A DIVISION.
